Christmas in the Information Age. Exit aging baby-boomer Abel Joiner -- a disposable, blue-collar man-of-hands -- the last 'human resource' in a downsized Bulloni sausage factory. Snatching at a brass-ring promotion, Abel is thwarted by a Bulloni psychiatrist who knows that Industrial Age dinosaurs like Abel could spoil Bulloni's fractured plans for the future.
